To bring this vision to life, we chose to create this rosé as a single varietal, using Merlot exclusively. This bold choice has given birth to a rosé wine of exquisite, delicate pallor. Merlot, with its sparingly revealed anthocyanins, was at the heart of our ambition to achieve the perfect hue, one of our first and foremost objectives.

The winemaking process plays an essential role in the creation of this masterpiece. By opting for cold vinification, precisely at 17°C, we have succeeded in preserving a harmonious balance between fruity vivacity and subtle acidity. The naturally rich and unctuous Merlot gives this rosé a velvety texture and remarkable length on the palate.
