Cuvée Marie

Discover "Cuvée Marie", a majestic tribute to the art of winemaking and a treasure from our estate. This prestigious cuvée is the fruit of a rigorous selection of plots of old vines, featuring the two emblematic grape varieties of Bordeaux: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

At the heart of "Cuvée Marie" is an exceptional control of yields, limited to around 40 hl/ha. This rigorous approach ensures that only the healthiest, most robust grapes are chosen for vinification. This meticulous selection is the first step towards creating an exceptional wine.

The long maceration and fermentation process is a celebration of patience and expertise. It allows the tannins to develop fully, and the candied red fruits characteristic of the Bordeaux appellation to express themselves in all their intensity.

The blend of this cuvée is an act of balance and finesse, combining 70% of Merlot for its roundness and fruitiness, and 30% of Cabernet Sauvignon for its structure and complexity. These wines are then aged for 12 months in first and second wine barrels, a crucial period during which the wine acquires its supple texture, tannic notes, complexity on the palate, and that harmonious woody-mellowed finish followed by candied fruit.

During these 12 months, each barrel is pampered, protected from variations in temperature and humidity, to ensure perfect maturation. The result is a wine of exceptional quality, where 100% of the bottled wine comes from the blend of all the barrels, a guarantee of homogeneity and excellence.

Cuvée Marie" is not just a wine, it's a journey into the complexity and richness of the great wines of Bordeaux. It's a cuvée that speaks to the soul, a wine that embodies our estate's unwavering commitment to quality and tradition. We invite you to discover "Cuvée Marie", an experience that transcends time and space, offering an unforgettable tasting experience.
